PIUSI MA 140 is a pump for transferring oil. From the continuous study of new solutions for the transfer of fuels and fluids, PIUSI has created the range PIUSI MA, available in the following versions: 130, 140, 180, 190.

The PIUSI MA 140 air-operated diaphragm pump for oil is developed to ensure maximum safety and high performance. There is a wide range of materials and parts for air-operated oil transfer pumps, so that they can be used in various applications such as those in the industrial, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

A RELIABLE WORK PARTNER

The PIUSI MA 140 air-operated diaphragm pump for oil has a sturdy central body, side half-shells and suction and delivery manifolds, all in polypropylene. The diaphragms used are of high quality NBR and ensure the transfer of oil with high viscosity, even with solid parts in suspension, such as used oil.

The PIUSI MA 140 diaphragm pump is a type of vacuum pump in which the change in volume is given by the oscillation of a diaphragm that closes one side of a chamber. This system has the advantage of the waterproofing obtained by eliminating any sliding between parts.

The pneumatic circuit guarantees an excellent operation of the PIUSI MA 140 oil transfer pump, and the construction principle makes it particularly suitable for heavy duty applications.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The PIUSI MA 140 oil transfer pump has a flow rate of up to 100 l/min and its self-priming feature makes it safe from any possible damage in case of dry-running. Further, it allows precise speed adjustment without pressure loss.

PIUSI MA 140 can be combined with the Easy Oil and Pistol-one versions suitable for oil transfer. To monitor the quantity transferred during dispensing, it is possible to install the PIUSI K600 or K600/3 flow meter.
